we uses HealthKit in order to record drinking data to Nutrition section in Health application. The app requests access to the following data types: Water, Caffeine When you add a drink to the app - it automatically sends to Health app the following amount information of that drink . The synchronization with Apple Health can be switched off in the application Settings.
