רשת "Waffle Bar" החלה את דרכה בירושלים בשנת 1999 כאשר האחים אושרי ואלירן אבוחצירה מימשו את החלום לפתוח בית קפה אחר,
כזה המציע מבחר איכותי של וופל בלגי קרפ צרפתי וקפה משובח.

הסניף הראשון נפתח בלב שכונת המושבה הגרמנית בנכס קטן וקסום אשר סיפק לתושבי ירושלים,
משפחות, זוגות ובליינים מקום חמים ונעים לתאוות המתוק. במהלך השנה הראשונה לפעילותם השניים רקחו מתכונים לבלילות ולקרמים בנחישות ואהבה גדולה ליצירה עד שהגיעו לאיכות ולטעם הייחודי שניתן לטעום בסניפי הרשת בלבד.

במהרה הפך בית הקפה למקום עלייה לרגל של ירושלמים רבים וקהל לקוחות מאוהב!!!

לימים הורחב התפריט והיום הרשת מציעה תפריט חלבי של טעמים ייחודים, מנות נדיבות והכל בפרזנטציה מעוררת חושים. הרשת מקפידה לשמר את הטעמים המצוינים וכן לחדש ולהעניק באהבה לקהל הלקוחות הנאות חדשות וטעימות והכל תוך הקפדה על שימוש בחומרי גלם איכותיים.
