About 仁寶愛健康

為關懷員工健康，促使員工身心平衡，本公司開發Compal iHealth仁寶愛健康 APP，期許員工在工作之餘也能提升自我健康，同時搭配可無線傳輸的自我健康量測儀器、健檢報告、運動及飲食紀錄、健康訊息的推播，即可輕鬆自我健康管理。

APP分為以下6大功能
(1).我的現況：根據個人基礎代謝率、飲食及運動紀錄給予評分，藉由首頁可了解今日整體達成率及飲食均衡率分數
(2).健康管理：自我健康量測記錄，可藍芽傳輸及手動輸入，且會根據數值異常部分顯示提醒
(3).運動管理：共59項運動可選擇紀錄，亦可自行新增運動項目及消耗卡路里量，並會搭配今日攝取熱量與可攝取熱量給予達標率評分
(4).飲食管理：根據食物六大類區分食物類型，若今日攝取量接近標準值或超標亦會顯示提醒
(5).活動公告：公司內部健康活動及健康文宣公告
(6).健檢紀錄：可查閱個人近期健檢報告，並根據異常部分會顯示提醒字樣
