中国电动汽车充电基础设施促进联盟（EVCIPA）（简称“充电联盟”）成立于2015年10月，地址设在北京，是由国内主要电动汽车制造商、电网企业、通讯服务商、充电设施制造商、充电运营服务商、第三方机构、相关社团组织本着“自愿、平等、合作、互惠”的原则，发起成立具有一定组织协调能力的非盈利性社团组织。充电联盟的业务指导单位是国家能源局。
