智慧客服云致力于售后服务这一块，售后服务这块如果需要上门服务，很难将现场服务细节存档查看，智慧客服云有如下优势：
1.服务主管下达任务后第一时间推送到手机或者自动下发短信，保证工作处理的及时性
2.现场服务人员可以针对软件中记录的某一单服务工单进行单独的添加详细说明，可以是文字，也可以是图片，添加完，服务主管就知道现场的具体情况，代替打电话或发消息，提高效率
3.售后人员都可以通过软件知道自己处理工作的一个总的记录，管理人员可以看到所有的工单情况，以至于了解更多信息，从而可以针对与某一类服务问题单独制定出更合理的方案
4.我们软件还开放了外出签到和记录工作日志的内容，可以添加工作日志与记录，根据不同权限，不同人员看到的不一样，如果规定外出到达地点后要拍照之类的完全可以在软件上操作，自动整理成一个个人外出记录，替代了人员整理图片文字存档，节省了时间
