幫助身障人士減輕生活負擔並走入社會，在職場中找回信心、熱情及成就感。「希望工場」的多數商品，從研發、設計、製造、包裝出貨的過程中，都有身障人士的參與；我們除了有「天使不做的夢」，更努力實現夢想，也是我們關懷弱勢的希望工程。我們目前與糖廠配合，藉由純天然無添加的甘蔗，古法熬製及自然結晶的工法，保留鉀、鐵、鉻、葉酸、磷、鈣及多種礦物質，製作出蔗香濃郁、入口順潤且甜而不膩的黑糖產品，與身障者一起發展高雄旗山的經濟。除了生命教育講師的培育，未來期望培養身障者的專業技能（如皮雕、咖啡、拼布藝品等），也歡迎有心人士為弱勢做「天使不做的夢」，聯合產銷出美麗的未來，一起加油吧。
