台灣的醫學水準，早已與西方先進國家並駕齊驅，醫療院所林立，但大多皆以「治病」為目標，醫療資源供過於求，卻唯獨專業的健康照護管理概念尚待突破，以迎上西方國家之腳步。現代人汲汲於忙碌生活，雖懂得將金錢託付給銀行及財務管理專家經營，但卻不知健康也須交給專家來管理。最專業的深度醫療應著重於「醫於未病」，不待生病才來治病，而應長期系統化的將自己的健康交給專業來照護，方能遠離疾病，延遲老化。基於這樣的概念，我們創立了榮新診所，榮新二字也意謂了「容光煥發，欣欣向榮」，代表榮新診所希望以「外在亮麗，內在健康」為期許，以深度專業的健康醫療照護為概念來服務民眾。
