江苏省农村产权交易信息服务平台是由江苏省农业农村厅、省综改办开发建设的全省统一联网、省市县镇村五级联动的农村产权交易和信息服务系统，主要提供产权交易、抵押融资和信息服务等功能。目前已开发的子系统包括产权交易管理系统、抵押融资登记系统、统计查询分析系统、预警监管系统、智能化设备接入系统等。产权交易及抵押融资平台以县（市、涉农区）为单位建立，乡镇建立交易服务中心，提供信息发布、产权交易、交易鉴证、抵押融资等服务功能。省及省辖市的信息服务平台以提供政策和综合信息发布、数据统计、情况分析、交易行为监管为主要功能。
