一、 城战规则优化，目的是更简化、更自由、更激烈
1、推出“攻击范围”，本人地块、要塞和联盟大营、城池都会带来一定的攻击范围（大于1格），盟友地块可带来相邻1格攻击范围
2、推出“停留”机制，攻占后可停留在地块不返回
3、推出 “行军”机制，可行军至本人地块停留
4、明确“视野”
二、 微调个别英雄和技能
1、 移除风暴壁垒专属技能第3回合降低本方攻击伤害效果
2、 黯灭王普通攻击与追击伤害提升效果由26%提升到33%，前4回合提升到整场战斗，移除普攻距离+1效果
三、 迁移行省将保留城堡和科技等级
四、 修复绝境痛击、烈焰焚城等一批技能Bug
五、 所有城池的首占奖励加入钻石
六、 S2、S3叛军等级适当提升，叛军没有进阶、加点、兵种等养成，强度偏低
七、 其他一些列优化
