그 기초는 미국의 정신분석학자 에릭 반이 개발한 교류분석법(TA)을 바탕으로 하고 있는데 TA는 5가지 마음 중 어느 부분이 자신에게 영향을 끼치는지에 따라 사고방식이나 행동이 달라진다고 규정하고 있어요.
