Enhanced Training Program
• We’ve redesigned the exercise schedule section
- Our new training program breaks each week into clear sessions, complete each session and you’ll be unstoppable.
- If your current weekly schedule is too much or too little, you can now easily change it. We recommend a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 sessions.
• Changing difficulty level
- Some like it tough, so you can now easily change your difficulty level directly from the training screen.
- Adjust your difficulty up to level 3 straight away, anything after that you’ll have to earn.
- Don’t forget, you can complete in-app assessments to see how you’re doing. Assessments automatically change your difficulty level based on how you did.
• View your Army Fit progress
- You reach 100% Army Fit by progressing through all the levels.
- The new training screen makes it easier to see how you’re progressing.
