To better assist law enforcement respond to non-emergency calls during COVID-19, 10-21 Police Phone will initiate a Video Call to residents who have the "Nectar - Police Video Calls" app installed on their devices. If the resident does not have the free Nectar app, 10-21 will make audio calls as usual. If they do have Nectar, you and the resident will both have the option to turn on your camera for a more connected experience. Thank you for all that you do to serve our communities and be safe!
