We worked hard to improve the way you purchase a membership online. We hope this two-step process is easier and provides more information. We also improved how the app displays your membership when it's frozen, and we fixed some errors.

We’ve made some improvements to the purchase experience when buying memberships with a trainer. That means you can pick your favorite trainer on the setup page, and you don’t have to scroll through the membership list for their name. You can also reset your pincode easier from the app. We also tinkered with the app, so you get the very best experience. So enjoy your workouts and stay cool!
