Various updates and fixes...
- Report comment marked as read when viewed either in backend or admin app
- Unread comments in a report now show as a green "bubble"
- Order of fields re-arranged in listings since it was gettings skewed when long titles.
- Order of reports is now according to their creation date
- Crash and health monitoring of app moved from Fabric to Firebase

- Added settings for notifications to allow admin/moderator to enable/disable a different kind of notifications
- Updated report type structure in accordance with the latest updates
App didn't show the latest reports unless manually pulling down to refresh, fixed now.
