A customer profile link between the 311SA App and City of San Antonio’s 311 Customer Service Office, which will provide the mobile app user the ability to track their reports created from calls made to 3-1-1. Users can track all requests in the mobile app by going to the "Flags" section within the Profile tab.

Case progress: Track the status of your report in each Flag Detail. You can track the progress of the report from submittal to resolution.
Updates: Now you will receive case notes from the City with specific information regarding the resolution or disposition of the report displayed in the Flag Detail page.
Specify exact address: Users will be presented with an address list from which to select, if more than one location is returned from the map. This ensures the exact location is submitted with the report.
Photo Zoom: Zoom in enabled when taking a picture that gets attached to the report.
