About 3D Galaxy Map
Explore the galaxy in a stunning three dimensional map based on NASA's artistic impression of the Milky Way galactic structure. Photos are taken by NASA spacecraft and ground based telescopes like Hubble Space Telescope, Chandra X-Ray, Herschel Space Observatory and the Spitzer Space Telescope.

Ever wondered how far from Earth are the stars you see in the night sky? Or how far or close they are to each other? Now you can visualize those distances in 3D with a star map divided into 10 parsec sectors (cubes) or 32.62 light years, for an easier observation. Sector (0 ,0 ,0) is our home sector and Sol is the Solar System.

Galaxy Map V2.4 - Black Holes
The 3D Galaxy Map has been split into two new apps. Check them out from the menu!

- Portuguese language added
- Grid added in the star map. Can be hidden in the options menu

Search System added
Able to search by name or a fragment of a name (example "alpha"), star type (example G Type star), constellation (example Andromeda - note that all the stars in the constellation's region are considered part of that constellation) or you can search directly for a certain catalog id (example HIP 1).
Able to change the sector directly (you can go directly to sector (1000,0,0) for example without pushing the X button 1000 times).
Fixed some leftover bugs.
