The basis version of the app includes an introduction, warm-up activities and 10 other exercises from the different categories. There are around 20 minutes of audio material to help you complete the exercises correctly and exactly. Try it out and you will learn the tricks of the trade used by professionals at the top of their game.

When you buy in-app supplements you will gain access to almost 2.5 hours of further audio material. Do you need to work on basic breathing techniques or perhaps on your posture?
