AbaCliK 2 is now available in a completely revised second version.

AbaCliK includes the following functions:

ENTER EXPENSES EFFICIENTLY:
Photograph your documents, add information and synchronize the expenses with the ERP software. Maintain a constant overview of your expenditures.

SIMPLE WORK TIME RECORDING:
Administrative tasks such as time recording must be efficient. If desired, AbaCliK records when an employee enters or exits the workplace. Manual entry is also supported.

QUICKER INVOICING THANKS TO MOBILE SERVICE ENTRY:
Enter services such as working hours or travel expenses when they are incurred. Assign these directly to customer or projects in the Abacus Business Software anywhere, anytime.

Employee Self Service: Personnel management of the future:
Employees can request and report absences such as holiday and sick days and independently modify and synchronize personal information. Send payroll settlements and wage statements to employees from anywhere using AbaCliK.

- The "Employee data" tile was completely revised in AbaCliK on version June 2019 HF. The view of one's own personnel data was redesigned and now data for subordinated employees can also be viewed or edited. Furthermore, the app was extended by the new function "Employee directory".
- There is now a separate tile "Absences and Balances" for requesting absences and querying balances.

• In the AbaSky portal, a central app configuration can be set up for AbaCliK. The app configuration allows you to offer the customer a customized AbaCliK experience. The arrangement and visibility of the tiles and the field order within the respective tile and much more can be specified. The new functions can be configured by your sales partner.
• The app settings have been completely revised and simplified in this version.
• The HelpCenter for AbaCliK can be accessed directly from the app under Help.
• Customisable fields under the Service tile can be displayed and filled in. The following field types are supported: Date, Character string, Number, Yes/No and Selection lists. The prerequisite for this is the Project Management application with the Abacus version 2017, SP November 2017. The new functions can be configured by your sales partner.
• Two-way synchronisation for In&Out is supported. Every In&Out time will be immediately synchronized with Abacus Business Software.
• The In&Out times from AbaCliK, AbaClocK and the interface (e.g. other time recording device) can be synchronized with AbaCliK. When an adjustment is made to AbaCliK, a new synchronization with the Abacus ERP system takes place and the existing time is modified.
• With a right swipe on the time entry, information about the from and to time is displayed.
• Due to the immediate synchronization of every recorded In&Out time, employees who record their clock-in time on AbaCliK are also visible in the attendance list.
Prerequisite is Abacus Version 2018 SP May 2018.
• In the Employee Data tile, you can display the flextime balance or the new extra hours and overtime balances, as well as a new vacation balance view. When you select the details, the reports that are stored in Abacus ERP System are displayed.

• Time sheet: With a long press on the work time entry, the detailed view is displayed in which the entry text as well as the internal text can be entered. Validation takes place based on the settings on the service code. If the entry text is defined as mandatory, it can only be synchronized if the entry text is entered.
• FaceID for the iPhone X is supported to unlock the AbaCliK app.
• Absences: An absence and the corresponding reason can be entered at the same time.
