AbaClik 3 with connection to Abacus ERP (from version 2020)
Import from AbaCliK 2
- Import from AbaClik 2 is no longer necessary: Data entered with AbaClik is downloaded from Abacus ERP and displayed in the archive on AbaClik 3.
Receipts
- Data, such as amounts and currencies of documents (receipts, invoices, etc.), can be automatically captured via OCR recognition and synchronized to Abacus.
- Automatic account assignment and determination of category and expense type is possible.
- The VAT rates of the receipts are recognized and can be overridden if necessary.
- In connection with Cornercard: Credit card transactions can be linked to the receipt booking.
- AbaClik 3 becomes a document reader: Invoices (ISR, QR) can be scanned and posted to the accounts payable inbox.
- For all transactions (invoices and receipts), a ESS Large subscription is required.
In & Out
- In & Out entries can be deleted.
Absences & balances
- The user can now also submit attachments (e.g. medical certificate) in absences.
