• Increased accessibility of new dictation function: Dictating users can now create a new dictation when viewing an existing appointment, as well as when viewing a transcription in a workflow folder.

• Added append/prepend feature: When attempting to create a dictation for an appointment with an existing dictation, users are alerted and are prompted to either append, prepend or upload a new dictation.

• Enhanced Security: "Search All" folder security settings now mirror existing InQuiry security.

New Features:

• Search All – Users can search all transcriptions, including archived dictations, using the search button located in the upper right hand corner of the Transcriptions screen.

• Search contents in an individual workflow folder – Users can search all transcriptions within an individual Workflow Folder using the search button located in the upper right hand corner of the Workflow Folder screen. Performing Search within a Workflow Folder returns a filtered view of transcriptions that meet selected search criteria.

• Workflow Folder icons – Navigation icons and icons representing the Workflow Folders in the Transcriptions screen now uniquely identify the workflow status of the transcriptions within the Folders.
The icons next to the Search Results indicate the stage of workflow and the corresponding Folder the dictation is currently located.

• Transcription location in workflow. Transcription Info tab displays what workflow folder is currently housing the transcription

• Dictation Receipt Code and Dictation Transcription ID – Encounter Information Tab displays Receipt Code and Transcription ID in the Dictation Information section. To view the Transcription ID and Receipt Code, select the appointment from the Patients Schedule Screen, and tap on the Info icon at the bottom of the screen.

• New "Can Resume Mobile Session" option – When checked, users can resume their current session without entering password if their session has not expired. If the "Save password" option is disabled and "Can Resume Mobile Session" option is disabled, users will be required to enter their password every time they return to the application. The "Can Resume Mobile Session" option can be found in User or User Groups settings in Client Maintenance in InCommand.

• New Encounters inherit current time and date being viewed. When adding a New Encounter from the Patients screen, the date and time will be designated with the current time and the date of the current view.
