The latest version of the Zoho Books mobile app brings you these new features:
• Attach files from the Documents tab to transactions such as quotes, sales orders, invoices, bills of supply, purchase orders, bills and vendor credits.
• Include placeholders like Fiscal Start Year, or Transaction Year in transaction number prefixes, and configure a reset preferences if required.
• Associate unique numbers to your customers and vendors.
• Associate branches to transactions like estimates, invoices and more. This feature is available for organizations in the Global, India, UK, Germany and GCC editions of Zoho Books.
• Mark items as VAT Exempt or Out of Scope in transactions. [UK Edition]
Enhancements:
• When creating expenses, the bank account marked as primary will be pre-filled by default as the Paid Through account.
Bug Fixes:
• Fixed an issue that prevented tax rates from being associated in transactions. [German Edition]

•While adding an attachment, you can now scan and attach your documents using the Scan Document option, and upload photos using the Take Photo option.
Bug Fixes:
•A custom field with the Attachment data type didn’t display a preview of the attached file and this has been fixed now. You can now preview your attachments.
•When charging the customer for an invoice, an error was displayed that the card’s expiry date was invalid. This error has been fixed now.
