Data path alerts monitor the load of your major network components that data packets pass through within the ActiveCore controller. These events do not mean the WAN port is down, but rather the data path of the interface is impacted.
You can view data path events via your:
• Activity feed
• Port insight pages (which now includes more detailed troubleshooting tips)
• Alert bell
• Email, text, and push notifications*
*To receive notifications for data path events, review your settings and ensure you have WAN port / data path notifications enabled.
