This app simplifies the administration of Cisco Unified Call Manager system, do the most common maintenance tasks on users, lines, devices and forced authorization codes, also maintains a local copy of the info for offline review.
Supports the following Cisco Unified Call Manager versions: 9.x, 10,x and 11.x.
Basic Features:
-View all users and review main properties like email, profile, telephone number, roles, controlled devices, etc.
-View all lines and review main properties like description, alerting name, route partition, call pickup group and associated devices.
-View all devices and review main properties like name, description, calling search space, owner, phone button template and associated lines.
-View all Forced Authorization Codes and review main properties code, name and authorization level.
-Basic Reports of your system: "Items Summary", "Top devices" and "Devices by calling search space".
