Adopt-a-School Description
This app gives you and your ministry team the tools you need to create a safe, effective partnership between your church and local schools. Despite the challenges you’ve faced, your church CAN make a real difference in the lives of students and families in need. Implement an outreach plan using our training videos, instruction manuals, and audio training sessions. The success of The National Church Adopt-A-School Initiative, started over 30 years ago by Dr. Tony Evans, shows that lasting impact is possible. Join us in turning communities around. Adopt a school. Make a difference.

Features of the app include:

-A library of instruction manuals and customizable templates for practical use
-A series of videos to guide you through the local church-school partnership process
-An assortment of audio files arranged by topic to further your learning

In 2006, The National Church Adopt-a-School Initiative (NCAASI) was officially formed to both train and equip churches to partner with local schools for the purpose of providing solutions for the needs of people who live in their communities. We promote family and community revitalization through church-based social services by leveraging the existing structures of both churches and schools.

Dr. Tony Evans is the founder and president of the National Church Adopt-a-School Initiative. He is also the founder and senior pastor of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, Texas and the president of The Urban Alternative, a national teaching ministry that reaches people through radio, TV and a wide array of teaching resources. For over 40 years, Dr. Evans has taught the Word of God to millions of people so that they might live out God’s kingdom agenda on earth.
