Note to ADT Pulse customers with “jailbroken” devices:
Security is ADT’s paramount concern. To that end, our product security policy prevents us from allowing access to Pulse through “jailbroken” devices. Jailbroken phones allow users of smartphones and tablets privileged control, or root access to various components of the operating system.
Preventing the use of mobile apps by jailbroken devices is a security industry best practice, as it can help mitigate the impact caused by various forms of malware, viruses and spyware. While we don’t encourage the use of jailbroken devices, we recommend using mobile.adtpulse.com as an alternative to accessing your Pulse system on your mobile device.

In 7.4.2, we’ve included functionality to interact with your Ring Video Doorbell through your Pulse mobile experience!
Ring, a connected video doorbell, allows customers to see and speak with whoever is at their door from a mobile device. With ADT Pulse, the doorbell will reside in the camera menu and you will be able to view your Ring history and launch directly to the Ring app to view the video clip.
Also included in this release are technical fixes to improve functionality and performance.

In our latest release, 7.4, we’ve included functionality to interact with your Ring Video Doorbell through your Pulse mobile experience! Help us Beta test the integration of our two apps.
Ring, a Wi-Fi connected video doorbell, allows customers to see and speak with whoever is at their door right from a mobile device. With ADT Pulse integration, the doorbell will reside in the Pulse camera menu and you will be able to view your Ring history or click on a Ring event to launch directly into the Ring app to view the video clip.
