About aFON Awinta App

e-ffizin und aFON ist ein Marketinginstrument der Apotheke, um Daten aus der Warenwirtschaft eine zu eins in ein "elektronisches Schaufenster" zu übermitteln und damit für den Kunden eine 24/7 Erreichbarkeit auf Sicht- und Freiwahl zu erreichen.
Vorrangige Ziele sind:
• Online Auskunft über Artikel und Preise, optional mit Verfügbarkeit
• Marketing mit kundenindividuellen Preisen
• Vorbestellung eines Warenkorbes zur Abholung, optional mit Filialautomatik
• Sichere Übertragung eines Foto von der APP in die Warenwirtschaft (Kasse)
• Sichere Kommunikation zwischen Patient und Apotheke: Freitext, Anforderung von Unterlagen, etc.

Welche weiteren Lieferwege dem Kunden im Bestellprozess über die e-ffizin angeboten werden, entscheidet jeweils ausschließlich die Apotheke. Ob eine Versanderlaubnis benötigt wird, sollte die Apotheke laut aktuellem Recht prüfen. Im Beratungsgespräch verweist awinta immer auf die Notwendigkeit dieser Prüfung. Sowohl Impressum, AGB und Datenschutzhinweis werden pro Apotheke angefordert und innerhalb der Anwendung (Browser, APP) dargestellt. Die rechtliche Verantwortung für alle Inhalte und die Einhaltung aller Rechtsvorschriften obliegt dem Inhaber der Apotheke.
