About Ag Safety
In 2016, 417 farmers and farm workers died from a work-related injury in the United States. Ag Safety was built to help protect workers in the agriculture industry from injuries by providing an easy way to monitor field activities against best practices.
Ag Safety was designed to generate specific safety checklists from your mobile device and provide analytics to ensure that they are being completed. And, it works offline from any location!
Ag Safety comes with a library of best practices (over 2,000 questions from over 100 categories) which is configured so everyone only sees the questions specific to that farm or co-op. Questions are derived from USDA and the leading research universities and government agencies to ensure that your workers are trained on safety best practices every day.
Ag Safety allows unlimited pictures to be attached to each specific observation. It also provides a way to capture notes using voice dictation from the mobile device. For each issue, a severity can be chosen to help prioritize issues in one location. Specific parties can be tagged within each safety issue to spot trends and develop custom reports. There is also a reference field on each inspection item which allows this field to tie into existing corporate data systems. Also, digital signatures can be captured from any mobile device. Specific issues can be assigned to both internal and external parties for complete collaboration on closing safety issues.

Ag Safety also has a mobile form creator that allows you to digitize and eliminate all paper based forms that exists within your company. There are also over 20 form templates in the app including Accident Reports, Bull Record, Incident Report and New Hire Orientation which can be configured for any farm or co-op.
Ag Safety has a file cabinet built into the app in order to view equipment manuals, safety data sheets, farm layouts and more from any device. Ensure compliance by posting all of your Safety Data Sheets in one location- and see them from any device!

A new QR Code icon is now available in the upper right corner of every app screen. The new icon will replace the previous support icon and Support may still be found within the main menu of the application. The QR Scanner allows users to scan QR Codes generated by their admin, linking them to a specific mobile form and project. If users are not assigned to the project a QR Code references, the user will be directed to an external website to fill out the form using their default browser.

General Smart Checklist Notes:
Mobile app users will notice a new button at the start of each observation to add a General Smart Checklist Note. The General Smart Checklist Note allows clients to add a general note about the entire checklist. The general notes will appear at the top of the final observation view on the web. When multiple checklists are combined into a combined report, the general notes will all be listed at the top of the combined report.
Report Title Change:
Mobile app users will no longer be required to enter a report title in order to save their mobile form. If the report title is left blank, a new default title will be inputted into the report reading the form name and date created (ie: Form_Name - Date_Created). This name will be visible on the mobile app edit form list. The default report title can be overwritten any time by the original author, supervisor or administrator.
