About Agero Spark
Welcome to Agero Spark – a easy-to-use job management app for towers and roadside assistance providers. Manage your jobs efficiently with all of the information and features you need for success, like:
- Marking yourself on or off duty
- Receiving new job assignments with detailed dispatch information
- Selecting your favorite map app for directions to the disablement and tow destinations
- Scanning the VIN
- Letting the customer know when you’re on the way
- Capturing customer signatures
- Uploading photos, videos, and more!
Before you can start using the app you’ll need to receive an invite code from your company. Once your account has been authorized, you’ll be able to receive and manage job assignments through the app.
As with all apps of this type, please note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
