About AHM Notify
Boeing AHM Notify is an ideal application for maintenance controllers, line maintenance supervisors, dispatchers, airline managers and aviation suppliers who need to be aware of high priority maintenance issues as they happen. AHM Notify, for iPhone and iPad, provides the ability to view, manage and disposition Boeing Airplane Health Management fault and alert information on a mobile device. AHM Notify can be used by subscribers to the Airplane Health Management service.
Requirement: AHM Notify receives information from an Airplane Health Management subscriber via Airplane Health Management's email notification feature. The Airplane Health Management subscriber must define one or more email notification triggers to transmit information to the AHM Notify user.

All users are required to upgrade to AHM Notify version 1.7 and use AviationID for authentication.

This new version of AHM Notify removes the use of third party email services to feed airplane data to the app and users now authenticate using their MyBoeingFleet.com credentials. This improves data security and allows use of the AHM Notify app in companies where use of third party email services is prohibited. The change also significantly improves application performance.
The upgrade is mandatory for all AHM Notify users and previous versions of the app will no longer be supported after 12 August 2017. All new and existing notification settings must to be configured to specific MyBoeingFleet.com accounts within the AHM online application. Instructions and further details about the mandatory changes are located in the Airplane Health Management online release notes.

AHM Notify v1.4 changed the push notification service provider. As a result, following installation of the new app, users will be prompted to re-enter the email information associated with AHM alerts. Devices not updated to v1.4 by January 28, 2017 will no longer receive push notifications until updated.
