F.A.C.E.S. is the first facial recognition boarding system in Malaysia, owned and operated by AirAsia. You can enroll for F.A.C.E.S on the app by submitting your face video and passport to be verified. Malaysians can also enroll using your National ID (MyKad) but that will only be applicable for boarding domestic flights. Log in with your BIG member ID, access your profile page, and click on My F.A.C.E.S.
Not yet a BIG member? Then sign up as one! We have a new sign-up flow where you can also opt to submit your face video for F.A.C.E.S enrollment during the sign-up process. Once you’ve activated your account, log in, and complete the enrollment process.
