About Airveda - Air Quality
Airveda app shows data from different air quality stations installed across the world to help you track outdoor air quality in your city.
Airveda also offers a portable, affordable, and accurate air quality monitor measuring PM2.5, PM10, CO2, Temp and humidity designed and manufactured in India. This app connects to the Airveda monitor and helps you know and manage the quality of air you are breathing.
Severe health damage is caused not due to a few hours of exposure to poor air quality but due to long term exposure over months and years. The app shows you, your average air quality exposure, across days. This will help you to reduce your overall exposure to air pollution.

Understand how air quality varies at different times of the day, week, month and year so that you can plan your exercise, vacations, playtime outside to limit your exposure to pollution
• Manage effectiveness of your purifier
You will know if your purifiers are effective, or if they need filter cleaning or changes.
• Know what hazardous areas to avoid in your city or places you to travel to.
You can view air quality from the US Embassy, and government monitoring stations as well as other Airveda monitors set up around your city and rest of the world. This will allow you to prepare for the air quality in places you are visiting or traveling to.
In addition Airveda now has an asthma tracker which helps people with asthma or other respiratory symptoms to track their symptoms and know how well their asthma is controlled.

We made several improvements to the app in this release:
1. HTTPS Support and Authenticated APIs:
- Switched to HTTPS and authenticated APIs for secure data sharing with the backend.
2. PFT Report Upload Removed:
- Streamlined functionality by removing PFT report upload since OCR was not working correctly. Instead users can enter the PFT details in the form manually to get their health scores.
3. CO2 Model Support:
- Enabled support for CO2-only Airveda model in the app.
4. Energy Meter Setup:
- Added support for Energy Meter configuration via the app.

The iOS app now supports projects on mobile. So if you are using the Airveda data plans and have created projects then you will be able to easily access your projects on your Airveda mobile app now.

- AQI calculations are now being done locally ensuring faster response times.
- Upgraded local database to enable quicker access to data.
- Fixed a few crashes faced by some users, enhancing overall app stability.

In this build we have fixed a few crashes and bugs reported by users
- When entering Wi-Fi details, the user's Wi-Fi SSID was not showing up in the drop down.
- Data for the nearest monitor was not updating on the home screen in some cases.
- Manage Monitors and Details screens were not updating data. One had to go back to the home screen and come to these pages to see updates. Now data updates on those screens every 1 minute.
