About Alcohol Kompas

Alcoholkompas is ontwikkeld door GGz-instelling Mondriaan in nauwe samenwerking met een aantal huisartsen(organisaties). De app Alcoholkompas richt zich op huisartsen en praktijkondersteuners (GGZ) in heel Nederland om hen te ondersteunen bij het vroegtijdig signaleren, bespreekbaar maken en begeleiden van alcoholproblematiek in de huisartsenpraktijk. De app geeft behandeladviezen en richtlijnen voor medicamenteuze ondersteuning door de huisarts. Een beslisdiagram helpt de huisarts en praktijkondersteuner om de patient op de juiste wijze zelf te behandelen in de huisartsenpraktijk of deze te verwijzen. Alcoholkompas is gebaseerd of de gangbare richtlijnen en standaarden en omvat onder andere algemene informatie, screeningsinstrumenten, handvatten om patiënten te begeleiden, een sociale kaart en voorschrijfadviezen voor medicatie. Huisartsen en praktijkondersteuners kunnen alleen na autorisatie gebruik maken van de app / mobiele website.
