Reviewing alerts enables you to confirm and add relevant details about your seizures for a more accurate seizure record. Once an alert is confirmed as a seizure, it will flow directly to your seizure diary, the Mate app. Having an accurate seizure diary will help facilitate meaningful conversations with your doctor about your seizure patterns and treatment.

Some of you had written us that you were having trouble cancelling false alarms using the tapping sequence on the Embrace. So for the past weeks we worked on two features to free your caregivers from needless worry, and now we're excited to share them with you!
- *New Feature* In-app Alert Cancel: Now, a single tap on the app is all it takes. You'll have 15 seconds to annul the alert from the time it's triggered.
- *New Feature* Notify Caregivers I'm ok: If you weren't able to cancel the alert in time, or if you don’t require your Caregiver’s help, you can now reassure them you're ok by sending them an “all clear” SMS directly through the app.
* Embrace firmware must be updated to the latest version 0.32.4002 to enable these features.
* Just in case you've got a certain fondness for the old technique, the tapping routine on the Embrace cover will still work to cancel alerts.
Also updated in this release:
Fixed: Rifts in Bluetooth connection to promote a more harmonious dialogue between your phone and Embrace. We’re constantly working to optimize this, let us know if you see improvement!
Fixed: Pesky hiccups with data transferring from the app to our server. Your data should be more readily available now in the Mate app.
Fixed: Delay in freeing up Embrace memory.
