About Align Leadership

The newest iPhone and iPad application from O.C. Tanner supports managers in their performance management program. This very simple app allows managers to keep track of their one-on-ones with each of their employees.

You can add a team of any size. For each employee you can keep a coaching log of what you've discussed in your one-on-one meetings. Use the app to keep track of the insights that will help you build a relationship of trust with your employees.
