Ality Tracker

Ality Tracker is a wellbeing app and platform that can be used to track the wellbeing of people in your organization. The app uses quick check ins to ask people how they're feeling and why they're feeling that way. It collects data over time to provide leaders with analytics on their people; who is motivated and focused vs. who is anxious and stressed. This enables leaders to get real time reactions and to shape their culture around wellbeing. The website dashboard allows the leader to send out surveys as required: daily, weekly, monthly or annually. The survey is accessed via an app and the check in can take less than 2 minutes to complete.
