About Allworx Reach 5
Allworx Reach brings the rich functionality of your Allworx phone to your mobile device. Create a SIP handset to place and receive calls, including Transfer, Park, and 3-way conference. You'll have easy access to Contacts (Allworx directory, personal, and contacts shared from other apps) and Call History, including Allworx users' Presence and Busy Lamp Field status. Manage your voicemails.
NOTE: In order to receive calls when the app is in the background, this app REQUIRES access to an Allworx server running software version 8.4 or newer. If your Allworx server is running older pre-8.4 software or is running in a network environment that does not support push notifications, Reach will suggest that you use Allworx Classic Reach 4.2 instead.

Improves reliability of incoming calls and notifications when used with Allworx System software 8.4.14, 8.5.9, 8.6.2, or newer. Please update Allworx Reach now and contact your Allworx Server Administrator or Allworx Authorized Partner to schedule a server software update. This version of Reach still works with Allworx servers that haven't been updated, but displays warning notifications (at most once per day) if your server needs an update. This will be the last Allworx Reach release compatible with Allworx server software versions prior to 8.4.14, 8.5.9, and 8.6.2.
