About Aloha Poké

Aloha Poké app: Powered by DBS FasTrack – In partnership with DBS and Applied Mesh.

Poké (pronounced “Poh-Kay”) is a Hawaiian tradition and the choice food of surfers. The popularity of poké continues to gain traction in Singapore particularly among health conscious consumers with discerning palates. Served in a bowl of fresh greens, brown rice and topped off with your choice of superfoods, poké bowls are quickly becoming a contender for the CBD’s power lunch staple.

Aloha Poké is the first dedicated Hawaiian poké bar in Singapore, offering customers a casual and interactive dining experience. The quick serve outlet combines best aspects of food quality, value and service. For $11.90 for the Lil Swell (75g of poké), $15.90 for the Standard Bowl (150g of poké) and $19.90 for the Big Kahuna (225g of poké), customers get to enjoy a generous amount of sashimi grade tuna or salmon, heaped over a bed of salad or rice, accompanied with a wide selection of toppings and superfoods (including avocado, pomegranate, edamame, and flying fish row just to name a few). Drink options include cold pressed juice from Juix Up, which is competitively priced at $5.90.

Aloha Poké is opened by 2 couples, looking to bring a taste of Hawaii to Singapore. After discovering their love for poké while vacationing in Hawaii, and unable to find suitable alternatives to quell their craving, started to experiment with making their own poké. After numerous iterations, remembering the taste they fell in love with in Hawaii, created recipes for Aloha’s 3 signature flavors: Original, Wasabi Mayo and Spicy. Aloha Poké purveys the freshest sources of salmon and tuna from Norway, Tasmania, Indonesia and the Philippines. Between the 3 outlets, Aloha Poké serves over twelve thousand poké bowls in a single month and is one of the largest consumers of tuna and salmon in Singapore. With such high turnover and economies of scale, customers can be assured of the freshest produce, a serving size that will fill the hungriest bellies and a price tag that won’t burn a hole in your pocket.
