About Apnea for free divers
High level of CO2 creates desire to start breath
therefore to extend the time of free dive, we should train the body to high level of CO2 and also low level of O2.
> CO2 Tolerance table-
designed to accustom the body to high levels of carbon dioxide by shortening time to rest between scheduled stops breathing. The length of breath scheduled to be 50% maximum long breath and your table contain no more than 8 cycles.
> O2 Deprivation table-
designed to accustom the body to extremely low levels of oxygen by the extension of time to breath between scheduled rest periods. The length of the table last breath be not more than 80% of the time your maximum breath and table contain no more than 8 cycles.
