Colorized and gaseous left & right thrusts now emitted from the service module. Color of plumes vary per planet. Do you have the "right stuff" to shoot and dodge bosses to fly from Mercury to Venus to Earth to the Moon to Mars to the Bonus Level??

Bug fixed so all levels run for 2 minutes except for Boss Level (11) which now correctly runs for 3 minutes. Accuracy of efficiency metric improved.
