- Excluding Apple and system apps on Glance view is now possible.
- In Settings - Data Processing we’ve added the option to hide Apple and system apps. That setting can be changed in app list or the Glance view.

Happy Lunar New Year to everyone! In this version we have added one more chart, updated design and fixed some bugs, and iOS 15.2+ users now have a correct guide to import. Again wish everyone a great lunar new year (privacy invaders excluded).

2.0 is a big milestone for App Privacy Insights. We've redesigned the UI, added charts and gave many lists a face lift. The internals has been refactored so importing and analysis is a LOT faster. While all existing features remain free, we've also added Insights Plus subscription for advanced features like iCloud Sync.

- New Glance page for visualizations.
- Network Address page for a network-address-centric view point.
- Refactored data storage and import process. It's now a LOT faster.
- Now you get a progress bar during importing.
- Plenty of bugs got fixed.
- Drunk too much coffee and too much nights spent on this release.

- Fixed the bug preventing search when your last search query doesn't match anything.

- Improved icon design.
- Minor bug fixes.

- Now you can use tap-and-hold context menu to copy app information.
- Added pull to analysis on App list.
- Filter options on Apps tab are reorganized for clarity.
- Filter options on Apps tab is now persisted.
- Now you can tap big digits on app detail page to navigate to access logs or network activities of it.
- App icons edges are more continuous, closer to actual iOS icon frames.
- Time display across the app now follows system-wide 12/24hr settings.

Since this app deals with highly private data, we think it's better to seek for consent on our privacy policy.

This version fixed the auto app identification process, and as a bonus, added sorting options for Apps tab.

- Refactored data storage so the auto app identification should be working now.
- You can now sort apps by access log entry count, network activity count or name & developer, in ascent / descent order.
- Improved overall stability. At least we've reduced the possibility of crash, especially during analysis.
- Added a way to remove data from iTunes API.
- Fixed missing translations.

- Options for default App Store regions when using iTunes API.
- App list now hides Apple & system apps by default. You can switch this off using the filter icon.
- Added Chinese (Traditional & Simplified) support.
- Redesigned guide on how to import reports.
- Fixed a bug where some apps' name were cut short.
- Improved app name presentation for some apps.

In this update you can get to any app quickly, inspect access logs in depth, and more apps can be recognized by Insights. As usual there are several bug fixes and performance improvements.

- Now you can search for specific apps at Apps tab.
- Added access log detail view. For begin/end log entries, it presents both begin and end record.
- Now you can specify App Store region for individual apps to fetch metadata.
- App bundle ID is now presented on app detail screen and you can press and hold to copy.
- Better icon render for some system apps.
- More system apps are correctly displayed.
- App info should be updated on UI right away now after analysis is done.
