- Minimum iOS 12.1
- DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS customers must register their Business account on DIRECTV's website, https://www.directv.com/register, to access the DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS Remote app for tablets.
In the “Enter your last name” field, enter entire business name exactly as it appears on your DIRECTV account including spaces and punctuation. The registered email address and password serve as credentials to sign into your DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS Remote App. Contact DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS Support Team at 888-388-4249 for email updates and password resets.
- Compatible DIRECTV HD Receivers must be broadband connected to the same local network as the iPad; requires a Wireless Router and DIRECTV Ethernet to Coax Adapter (DECA).
