Minor tweaks

Had to make a modification to how ads will be displayed

Now 2 methods of doing lookups in case the first one fails; this will virtually eliminate balance retrieval issues.

All ad watches and purchase types would result in getting 3 lookups. Fixed this so the proper amount per action would be recorded.

Ad views were not working correctly. If you happened to download this in the past 3 days, you got some free lookups.

Why did we remove some vendors? There’s three possible reasons:
They have changed their security method to a system that would require a lot of time to work around.
They just didn’t get enough traffic over the past 3 years to continue monitoring/supporting.
They asked us to stop using our app to get balance information.

Please contact with questions or comments, and as always – let us know if something doesn’t work so we can fix it.

Minor bug fixes:
Initial page will show you $??? and N/A instead of nothing if a lookup hasn't been done.

IAP Changes

Fixed Backup/Restore so it'll remember your last code even if you Reset the DB

'Restore Purchased App' had a bug which is now fixed.
When doing a My Cards Restore, you can now try bringing up last one one known.
Prevents users from doing Autolookup on blank fields that are required.

Initial screen is 'My Cards'
Ability to manually track/update balances/dates
Ability to enter Non-AutoLookup cards
AutoLookup is directly in the 'Add Card' area
Card # entry/display magnified so reviewing is easier

The balance responses, should an error occur, will give you a better idea of what the problem was.
The iAds were displaying even after the purchase was made, fixed now.
The view for 'My Cards' now shows you your last balance lookup amount and date it was performed.
Since the app supports about 100 cards with more being added daily, I put in a alphabetic index on the 'Add Card' table.
Change to how the 'Feedback' screen loads/displays.

You'll get warned if you try to go back before saving a card.
Less crashing after multiple lookups.
The 'Add Card', 'Unlisted - Manually Enter' now optionally can accept your email. With this, we can let you know when the vendor is ready.
Offline Popup won't flash twice.
Specific alerts activated. If we need to get your attention for some reason, we can do so now.

-Fixed timeout issue where app would crash on slower internet connections when trying to do an auto lookup.
-Fixed issue where you could re send request over and over, crashing the server.
-Masked password input box.
