My experience has been in every aspect of lending including personal banking and consumer loans, servicing mortgage loans, processing/underwriting mortgage loans, managing a major Real Estate office and managing a major Real Estate pipeline.

I have been licensed by the Department of Real Estate (now BRE) since 1994 and had obtained my California Notary Public in 1993 and my FHA Direct Endorsement Chums Id number in 1999.
