IMID Visit

IMID Visit, an FST Biometrics application, provides a secure and easy way to manage visitor access. IMID Visit identifies visitors and either grants them access or contacts someone internally based on your preferences.
To invite a visitor, an IMID Access user simply sends the person they wish to invite a QR invitation. The visitor will present the QR invitation when they approach the access point.
Once the visitor has been identified via the QR invitation, the system will either let them enter, contact the person who sent the invitation or call the control center receptionist.
All three choices are given for each QR code generated.
If a user chooses the option to be contacted when their guest arrives, they will be sent an email or SMS with the visitor's picture, giving them the chance to confirm that the person with the QR invited is in fact the person they invited.
All visits are automatically logged in IMID Access in real-time.
