Biggest update so far:
- users who upgraded get access to ALL 4 DECKS (A,B,C,D). After upgrading, the "Info" button becomes the deck switcher
- SHFT and BRWS will now stay on screen if you tap them (but if you hold your finger on them, they will still disappear after you lift it)
- improved behavior of knobs
- fixed a bug that let buttons "stick" on Deck A
