O "Pelotas Tem" é um projeto que possui a intenção e o foco em proporcionar facilidades para os turistas e moradores do município. Dispõe de um guia virtual da cidade e permite tour guiado através dos roteiros do aplicativo. Além disso, reúne em uma agenda, eventos de diversos segmentos: shows, culturais, esportivos, acadêmicos e turísticos.

O aplicativo é uma plataforma de aproximação entre Prefeitura de Pelotas e comunidade (sejam moradores ou turistas), em uma ferramenta que pretende demonstrar as potencialidades que a cidade possui; as potencialidades que Pelotas, certamente, tem.
