特徴
1. 2つのコース
エクササイズは、自分で行う回数を設定できる"Free"コースと、決められたエクササイズをこなす”Routines”コースがあります。

2. ショートファスティング
ショートファスティングに対応したタイマー機能がついており、より効果的にボディメイキングを行えます。

3.体重と体脂肪率の記録
毎日朝晩の2回、体重と体脂肪率を記録することができます。記録したデータは、グラフとして表示されるので、経過が見やすくなっています。

4.トレーナーボイス
AIトレーナーは、男性と女性の2人います。好みや気分に合わせて、選択することができます。
