Having a hobby can help us stay healthy and positive. The other day, I heard about an astronaut, who managed to keep playing golf up here in outer space. Astronauts have to keep their helmets on in space. Do you know what they would do if they had an itchy nose? Sounds like a nightmare... Luckily we have a special piece of foam on the inside of our helmets. It's usually used for something else, but it sure comes in handy for an itch!
