「千里眼服務」係中華電信提供之24小時雲端監錄服務，客戶端影像透過網路攝影機（IPCAM）或傳統攝影機搭配影像伺服器，即可經由網際網路將客戶端之影像傳送至平台，客戶便可透過各項裝置存取儲存於雲端之即時、歷史影像。

目前「千里眼服務」共有四類方案可供選擇：
1.「樂業方案」：24小時雲端監錄服務
2.「e看店方案」：全租賃式小型商家影像監錄服務
3.「安居方案」：簡易型公寓住宅告警、監錄服務
4.「關懷方案」：租賃式關懷家中老人、小孩影像監看服務

「中華電信千里眼隨身看」為針對千里眼客戶提供之智慧型手機應用程式，主要功能如下：

1. 即時影像檢視
◎ 可自定攝影機觀看清單
◎ 支援四分割與全螢幕觀看模式
◎ 直接儲存畫面截圖至相簿
◎ PTZ、亮度與對比度調整

2. 歷史影像檢視
◎ 以時間與事件類型搜尋歷史影像
