About AquaWord
Ready to hone your word guessing abilities? Then the challenge of AquaWord awaits!
Your mission is to guess a 5 letter word, with only 2 of the letters as a clue to start with. Can you guess the correct word in five tries?
You score points for letters placed correctly, letters guessed correctly (but not in the right spot), and for guessing the word correctly. You get more bonus points the earlier you guess the letter/word.
Game Features:
- Universal app and retina graphics for all iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch devices, including the new iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.
- Play the full game on your Apple Watch.
- Over 700 words base word included for free!
- Option to purchase up to 1000 more words with the following categories: Nature, Vehicle, Food, Music, and Geography.
- Delete button for when you change your mind on the word you are guessing.
- Show Word option for when you really wanted to know the word you couldn't guess.
- Game Center support.
- Ad supported to keep the game free, with option to purchase the removal of ads.

What's New:
- New "Show Word" option added when a word is not guessed. If you press this, the word solution is presented and the word is not put back into the guessing pool.
- Added delete abilities! You will find the new button in red in the keyboard section.
- Added check mark button to check the word solution. This was needed due to the addition of the delete button. It appears in place of the bonus bubbles when all 5 letters are present for a row.
- Minor bug fixes and improvements.

Because we want to make this available to as many people as possible, we have made changes so that AquaWord is now compatible with devices running iOS 5.1.1 and later!

Greetings AquaWord fans, your wait is over as version 2.0 is finally here!
How did 5 years slip buy without an update to this game? It obviously has it’s fans, and we hope to garner even more fans with this update.
Version 2.0 brings a fresh new look, support for all the current iOS devices, and options to let you add challenging new words!
So let the word guessing commence!
What’s New In Version 2.0:
- New design to support all Retina (and non-Retina devices).
- Universal app, with iPad and 4 inch iPhone (5/5S) now natively supported.
- Changed so the solution to missed words is no longer shown. This should make the game more challenging!
- Game state is now saved/restored when you exit and return.
- Game Center support added to compare your best score with the rest of the world.
- Ad supported (need to pay for the development cost somehow). But fear not, there is an in-app purchase option to shoo away those ads if you want.
And this is the big item right here:
- New in-app purchase options to add more words! You still get over 700 base words free, but you now have the option to add a combined total of 1000 extra words! You can choose from Nature, Vehicle, Food, Music, and Geography related words. And when you add the extra word packs, you get to select which packs are used in the game.
